The theme of the 10th Annual Summit is “Beyond Support: Empowering Multilingual Learners.” The Summit will feature a keynote presentation and presentations on the theories and practices of teaching and assessing multilingual learners in our classrooms as a comprehensive and meaningful strategy for advancing international education and accountability through assessment. The unique assets of community colleges and how they can be used to advance awareness of global learning outcomes and practical skill-building through curriculum infusion will also be discussed.
