Sustaining the Professional Self for Meaningful Engagement

Education professionals often divide their attention and energy among many competing needs. Join us for a workshop on addressing stressors, creating a framework for self-care, and engaging in meaningful, focused endeavors inspired by the work in sustaining the professional self by Boye and Smith at Texas A&M and traditional Hawaiian culture and holistic self-care. This workshop is offered as a collaboration between The Academy for Teaching Excellence and the Harper Wellness Program.
