The focus of the Sustainability in the Classroom Community of Practice this year will be food! We will be exploring the ways whole food/plant based diets can help us maintain our energy to perform our best in the classroom, and the impact this diet can have on the health of our planet.
As a member of this CoP you will:
- Discover impactful ways to reduce your environmental footprint
- Eat! Whole food/plant based snacks will be provided
- Host a whole foods meal event for our colleagues to explore the health benefits and environmental impact of a whole foods/plant based diet
