Customize bokeh filters with your photography students? Recreate famous sculptures with 3D printing pens? Draw and build a 3D anatomical heart?

Give your students the option to show you what they’ve learned in your course by making and building a project of your own design, using the Library’s Make Shop.

We can supply the tools for students to actively engage in the learning process, as well as complete their course work. Use the classroom as a catalyst to promote an environment that encourages community and collaboration in the learning process. Ignite that passion for learning in your students by encouraging them to be risk-takers and experimenters.

Contact us (makeshop@harpercollege.edu) to find a project that suits your course’s needs, as well as provide a different modality that allows students to expand their knowledge in a creative and comprehensive way.
