Did you know you can help many of your students learn using relatively simple techniques—even if those students haven’t performed well in class so far? You might help students use focused reading strategies, employ an improved study cycle, or increase their motivation…techniques that Dr. Saundra McGuire has seen help students throughout her tenure in teaching and learning. Dr. McGuire shared these and other methods for helping faculty Teach Students How to Learn at the Assessment Conference on Friday, September 21.
