What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a term coined by scientist Jon Kabat-Zinn to describe a state of non-judgmental present awareness that can be calming to our body and mind. For more information, see this video.

A restful 30 minutes of peaceful silence. This drop-in sitting will include verbal instructions for those new to mindfulness. No registration required.
