José Antonio Bowen, author of Teaching Naked and co-author of Teaching Naked Techniques, headlined Harper’s 9th Annual Assessment Conference and Share Fair on Friday, September 29, 2017. Dr. Bowen shared his insights about student learning in two sessions: the keynote, “Assessment as Strategy: You Are What You Measure” and an extended workshop, “Teaching Naked Techniques: A Practical Workshop on Designing Better Classes.” Additional fabulous information was presented at the conference by Vicki Atkinson, Anita Rehberg, Jennifer Godish, Lisa Blaylock, Julie Ellefson, and Khursheed Ichhaporia!
