Harper College has received the 2018 Delphi Award for Faculty Models, Programs, Policies and Practices that Support Student Success!

One two-year and one four-year institution were selected for the inaugural year of this award which recognizes successful programs that support adjunct and non-tenure track faculty. Harper was recognized for its adjunct faculty evaluation model that was implemented in 2014. This model for evaluation introduced two alternative options for evaluation that are based on reflective practice and professional growth. More information on the adjunct faculty evaluation process is found here: https://harper-academy.net/adjunct-faculty/evaluations.

An initiative of the Pullias Center for Higher Education at the University of Southern California, the Delphi Project on the Changing Faculty and Student Success works in partnership with the Association of American College and Universities (AAC&U) and includes more than 30 representatives from across higher education.
