The Innovative Classroom Series (Fall 2016)

Hands-on workshops of current best practices in pedagogy and Blackboard that impact student success.

The Academy is proud to introduce The Innovative Classroom Series, a set of 10 workshops that present current best practices in pedagogy and Blackboard. Workshops are open to all faculty and are offered twice (morning and evening), including some Saturday workshops. Each workshop is hands-on and prepares faculty to implement demonstrated tools and strategies in their classrooms right away. Interested faculty that attend two or more workshops in the series and present an innovation they’ve made in their classroom at a series capstone in December can earn 1.0 CEU (full-time faculty) or a $50 stipend (adjunct faculty). Register for one or more workshops in the series today!
